Acrobat 2017 offline activation problem

Hi!

We have a license presumably allowing offline activation (~ exception) of Acrobat 2017. We have made a setup (Customization Wizard and mst etc.) and testing (on Windows 7 Pro) and … everything went ok, but … on target device (also Windows 7 Pro) we see that Acrobat asking about registration and not allowing user to use available options, obviously. We had same with Acrobat DC 2015 – on some devices it did setup ok (meaning about offline activation) on some not. Only difference I see right now is that it does activate ok on en-US version of Windows, but not on et-EE, but I don’t think and can’t be sure it’s the culprit, though.

Any ideas on that?

More thanks, Alar.

The "et-EE" is Estonia I think.  If you are attempting multiple languages then make sure your key covers the language.  If you are using many types of languages in your deployment package then make sure that your key is an ALL LANGUAGE key.  You would need to contact either your Sales representative, reseller, or Adobe directly to make sure of the language coverage of your key.

Hi and thanks!

Well, on license (paper) I don’t see any mark about language. But … just now I tried same bundle setup on en-US Windows and … no problem, so, it could be the case indeed. Mh. We’ll contact (re)seller about this.

More thanks, Alar.
