Acrobat DC Offline Citrix Terminal Services and Desktops

I have a customer that purchased Acrobat Pro DC and it needs to be deployed in an environment that has No internet Access at any time, nor can this access be granted ever.

Also this is to be deployed to Provisioned ( PVS) Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, once again this machines will not and cannot have internet access.

Is it possible to deploy Acrobat DC in this scenario? If not is there another version of Acrobat Pro that they can utilize?

From what I have seen I can do Offline Activation and disable registration with the wizard.. perhaps on separate computer, or laptop not connect to their network? but It looks like the PRTK tool would still require internet access when updating the master image.

You are following the imaged deployment instructions at the end? You are not using the Wizard (not supported in this case)?

Correct. I have installed the APTEE on my personal computer and running the following

adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial="SERIAL FOR CUSTOMER" --leid="Win - V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM" --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

Additionally after getting the error I also ran the wizard just to see if the grant offline works there and it does say it Successfully grants offline but even looking at the logs the errors look the same when i see it call PTRK then i there is a ton more information after that but i assume that is unique to the wizard.

I did this test just to make sure i didn't have a general connectivity issue.

Is this a volume serial number?

Is this the correct serial number for the version of Acrobat (Pro or Standard) that you are trying to serialize?
