I need to disconnect my Google account in order to set a password and get going with my Admin Console.

When I go through the profile screens to do this, the button won't engage to set an Adobe password and disconnect a social account I previously used to sign into Adobe. Make sense?

Nhb2, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you utilizing?  There is no membership assigned to the e-mail you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Nancy, the Admin Console is used to manage Creative Cloud for Team and Enterprise memberships.  If you are curious you can find out more information about the Admin Console at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/admin-console.html.

I'm not sure I understand the question.  So I'll attempt to answer in 2 parts.

PART 1

To change your Adobe ID (e-mail), please log-in to your account below and scroll down to e-mail.
https://account.adobe.com/profile

PART 2

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
