Adobe Acrobat DC failed install - after System Restore Win7

Hi,

for few hours, i started the system restore in Windows 7 Professional, Windows Updates problem with Sophos (Adobe CC Cloud Desktop App and Adobe Acrobat installed at this time). Recovery Point, before i started Adobe CC installation.

After restore the system boots fine.

I started the setup from our package (CC Desktop Cloud App plus Adobe Acrobat Pro DC).

I logged in as administrator on this machine, i run Adobe CC Cloud cleaner with admin rights, restarts Pc.

Then i run Adobe Acrobat DC Cleaner, restart pc.

Run installer, without success.

What can i do, to install our package.

Matthias, do you receive any specific error message when installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or are you installing both Adobe Acrobat DC and the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on the Windows 7 computer?
