Adobe CEF Helper Has Stopped Working - Error Message

I have this message continually appearing  started yesterday 08/03/2021 after ending taks I have used the Adobe removal tool which removed all the  apps I rebooted and aftder reinsatllation error message reappeared 

 

Please help !
