Hello,

I have a problem with Adobe Cloud, When i login, you don't give me the option to enter my username and password.

I upload images with the error.

Are you able to sign in to www.adobe.com successfully, or do you get the same error on the website as well?

It seems that the app is opening the browser for you to sign in. Could you, perhaps, clear your browser history, cookies etc and then try launching the installer.

Yes, i sing in www.adobe.com, i cleared your browser history, cookies etc and then try launching the installer, but the error continue.
