Hello,
I have an editor working on a system at 10.13.6 using Creative Cloud. His Creative Cloud installer is defaulting to 5.4.2.540 whereas other instances in our environment are on 5.4.1.534.
The main issue is that while other software is showing previous versions of Creative Cloud apps that are compatible with our environment. After Effects is only showing the most recent edition that is not compatible. Doesn't look like there is a straightforward answer to this and wondering if there is a way to get back to a 5.4.1.534 instance of Creative Cloud for the editor since that was working prior to the restore of his machine.

Older macOS versions are no longer supported. And Adobe seem to have zero interest in providing old versions (quite the opposite).

Attaching the image.
I guess what makes this baffling for me is the fact that previous versions of all the other applications are still accessible - only After Effects is unavailable or doesn't have previous versions accessible in the Creative Cloud application.

Hello,
As per the system requirements, the latest version of After Effects is compatible with Mac 10.13. Kindly check the user's device and install all the pending updates. You can try signing out from the creative cloud and log in again to check if the app is allowing you to install.
The system admin can also create a package from the user from the console and install it.

Thanks. Tried to admin create a package from the console and install it for After Effects 17.7 and it fails upon install on a clean system without Adobe Creative Cloud.
I've also noticed that on systems that never had version 17 of After Effects installed, it has now disappeared as an install option in the 5.4.2.540 version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Updates to previous installs of Version 16 and below are still accessible.
Per the system requirements on After Effects version 18, systems must be on macOS 10.14 to work. Creative Cloud will not allow an install of After Effects version 18.
