A user have reported that when she accepts the Adobe invite (invite sent from Entripise Dashboard) and try to create an Adobe ID, her browser keeps on failing. The user has tried on IE, Chrome, and Firefox with no success. This seems to be an isolated case as most users that has been invited has successfuly created their Adobe ID. Can anyone provide any advise on why this is happening and how best to move forward.

Hi Chito,

So most probable cause of the invite failing could be if it has expired. Please note that the invites that are sent out by the Enterprise Dashboard are only valid for a period of 72 hours. Have you tried going to the Pending Users section of the Enterprise Dashboard and choosing the user's ID and resending the invite to them?

Also, if the browser fails when accepting the invite do they get a specific error message? The user can also try setting up a free Adobe ID first and then going ba

Thanks

Hi ankising,

Thank you for response.

Yes, the invite has been sent from the pending users of the Enterprise Dashboard and these invites were sent multiple times in order for the user to try accepting and create the Adobe ID.

The user clicked on 'Accept invite' and then proceeded to creating the Adobe ID. Everytime the user creates the Adobe ID, her browser page failed to load properly and thus wasn't able to create the Adobe ID. The user tried this step on IE, Chrome and Firefox, all browsers failed to load properly.

We will try your suggestion of setting up the Adobe ID first and resending the invite again for the user to accept with the credentials used when the user set up the Adobe ID.

Regards,

Chito
