Adobe Libraries not working and files not syncing

Hi, my adobe libraries is not working and I tried the link below, but it is still not working. Do you guys have more solution than of the one at the botton please.

Thiago, please follow the directions in the error message and contact your organization's information technology administrator for assistance.
