I bought the Adobe student package on October 22, 2015. Since then Adobe has made multiple withdrawals from my account. The first time they said they would send some of the money back. They took some more today causing my rent check to bounce. now I have to pay all of these costs due to adobe's mistake. When I asked Adobe management about how to get the money to pay for the penalties and fine that their mistake caused, I was offered a month free. Is this how Adobe treats customers. I'm new to Adobe but if this is how they do business I'm going to have find me another software provider. They have to have better customer service than what I've seen so far. #badbusiness
