Adobe Remote Update Manager - Illustrator 19 to Illustrator 20

We use and Adobe Update server here on site and trigger updates using the RemoteUpdateManager.  Last year we installed Illustrator 19 on a lot of stations and I assumed that the update server would get version 20 from Adobe and update all of our stations.  This does not appear to be happening.

Do I have something setup incorrectly or will the update server or install incremental update and not version updates?  Is there a change I can make to the server?

You need to run the current version of RUM on all machines.

RemoteUpdateManager version is : 1.9.6.17 (BuildVersion: 1.9.6; BuildDate: Thu Jul 14 2016 05:37:20 )

You can obtain this from the Enterprise Dashboard or it comes with the Creative Cloud Packager.

This isn't an Illustrator question, it is a question about the Update server.  Did you not read it?  I put Illustrator in the title because that is the main application in question.
