Hello! We have CC subscription per device. Apparently, according to the Adobe website, CC 2019 does not support serial number licensing. When we upgraded to CC 2019, apps come as a 7-day "Evaluation" app. How can we solve this problem?

CC 2019 applications are only available under a named user license and cannot be used with device licenses or serial numbers.

These procedures were done by our IT department more than a week ago, but unfortunately the problem persists.
The Adobe reseller company, with which we entered into a 3-year contract, informed us that Adobe simply terminated subscriptions per device and did not give it guidelines to circumvent the problem, and that dozens of their customers are suffering because of it.
We consider this attitude on the part of Adobe a lack of respect towards the consumer. A unilateral breach of contract. After all, any subscription should, regardless of type, ensure the updates updates. Will this situation remain as it is?

Hi,
The information from your reseller is incorrect. Adobe have not terminated subscriptions for device license customers.
Device licenses will continue to function as before. Only CC 2019 applications will not work with device licenses or serial numbers as they are named user only.
