All users has lost access to all creative cloud products. I see a message stating that the product name has changed to Creative Cloud All Aps. I'm not sure what to do. Our agency has already paid in full for creative cloud.

All of our users have lost access to all creative cloud product.  I see a message stating that the product name has changed to creative clouse all aps.  I'm not sure if I should deploy this new product

as a new purchase.   We have already purchase creative cloude for teams.
