Hi,

my updated package for the Acrobat DC can no longer be installed via network share. The old package, which is still on the server / network share, because the installation works. If I copy the new package on USB stick and install from there, then the installation works. Other updated packages e.g. Adobe Illustrator still works to install via network share.

I have attached the two PDApp logfiles.

Thanks for help.

Sven

Hi Sven,

As per the logs, the old Acrobat package seems to be corrupt. I would suggest that you create a fresh package using the Creative Cloud Packager or the Acrobat Customization wizard, also please create this new package on your local machine or the network share but not on the USB drive and then try deploying the package from the local machine if possible.

Hi,

I used the Creative Cloud Packager. Then I download the ZIP-archive on my local machine, then I unzip on local machine, then I copy the files on network share. There start the setup.exe and install is finsihed with an error. But if I copy the the same files from network share on a USB stick or on harddisk the install is completed without error. 😞 I have create and try more then one new package, but all new packes with Acrobat DC can't install via networkshare.

But the old archive from Acrobat DC on networkshare can install without error, that can't be corrupt. So I think everything must be changed in new installer for Acrobat DC because is not working with networkshare. New package from other Adobe programs e.g. Adobe Illustrator can install from network.

Thx

Sven
