This hasn't fixed it for me i'm afraid. This is on a Windows 10 PC running 1909 (Not 1607) and we still get the blank white screen. I have tried removing everything with the removal tool & reinstalling and also the steps in this article without success.
If anyone can provide any suggestions it would be appreciated.
Please confirm if you are using McAfee in your environment. If yes, which version?
Try to install the latest version of the creative cloud app by packaging it from the console and check if the issue persists.
We do use McAfee. The agent is version 5.6.3 and the Endpoint Security is version 10.6.1. Is there a know compatibility issue with McAfee?
We have seen some scenarios wherein the issue is getting resolved by updating McAfee to 10.7.x version.
Firstly, I would recommend trying the latest installer of the creative cloud. If the issue persists, please update McAfee and check the behavior.
