Building online packages - no older versions from PR and ID?

Hi!

would like to build online packages, (Mac OSX - English) but can not find older version (yes, use the checkbox "older versions") from PremierePro and InDesign (ID only CC17). PS, AI i found them...

We train for the ACA certifications, so we need CC 2015.x versions to prep for the exams.
