I got the 14 days free trial for adobe's business plan and now I am trying to cancel it but I can't. Every method I find doesn't work at all. So my question is does it automatically renew or will it not renew and it won't charge me? Tried contacting customer support and that did work either.

Trials are 7 days, and then you must cancel within 14 days or the plan becomes paid

I followed the instructions like it said and there is no "Manage Plan" button. I typed agent in the chatbox and it says "Sorry we're closed." I called numbers and that's not available either.Screen Shot 2021-05-22 at 6.38.57 PM.png I have no other idea of what to do.

Hi @Diego5C99,

If I read this correctly, you DON'T have a manage plan button because you joined a Teams/Enterprise plan which is not the same as individual user plans.   Ask your IT dept plan admin to contact your Adobe Rep, M-F during normal business hours. I think there should be a contact link in the Team Admin Console.

If not, contact Adobe Customer Support by phone, M-F.

Hi yes, I do not have an IT dep or an Adobe Rep. I just got the Business Plan free trial because I wanted to use all the adobe apps. I don't have an actual business I just wanted to use the apps. I tried to contact adobe though the phone and chatbox but like you said, they aren't available on Sundays. Do you know if Business Free Trials automatically renew or cancel? Anything helps. thanks.

Adobe Creative Cloud has the ALL APPS plan for individuals or you can buy a Teams/Enterprise plan for multiple user seats at an organization (school, gov't, agency, etc...).  There is also a Student/Teacher edition at substantial discount.  Most if not all plans have a 1 year contract that renews automatically until you cancel it.  I suggest you call Adobe M-F during normal business hours.

Creative cloud for teams can't be user cancelled. But as of my knowledge they have 24/24 and 7/7 priority support. You need to use the admin console to contact support. https://adminconsole.adobe.com/
