Dear Adobe Support Team,
Could you advise me the below difficulty of Customer . Customer can't find the License in Adobe system for activation. So Pls help to advise. Tks.
Beause of There’s no products under his ID. ID is as below

What kind of license has been assigned? If a teams or Enterprise license then please check that they have been given entitlement on the Admin Console.
