It´s a windows7 pro 64 bit. I have 10 others with the same configuration, and there is no problem with the installation. I have tried adobe cleaner, but no result.

I got no errors, nothing to use in finding out why, the installation fails.

I have another computer, where I install the CC package whitout Acrobat pro, and now I need Acrobat pro, but it will not make the installation, and Again no errors, it just stops after 10 sec.

It´s  not Creative Cloud package, but the contents e.g. Photoshop, illustrator and so on. that I can´t install

The package is created. One with the complet programs and one with only Adobe Acrobat. There is no problem in making the packages. It is with licens number.
