I have account school but now, I can't choose company or school when I want to login On web and adobe cc desktop (Windows 10)

First you need to contact your schools help desk. they are responsible for getting help for you. It looks like your account has been deactivated. If, however, your school tells you that they have activated your account and it does not work, the schools helpdesk or thee schools Adobe products administrator need to connect the Adobe helpdesk.

Thank you, But I'm sure My account Is student account and I contact with university and he told me that He has opened a license for me. Now I can't login and choose Company of school account ...

I am sorry, I can't Krusun01.  I will move this discussion to the Enterprise & Teams forum to see if there are any other suggestions.

 

I would recommend you continue working with your contact at the University until you are able to login successfully.
