Hello,
We want to cancel our year subscription but there is no way even by phone to cancel this.
The people we've spoke to they can't find our order but every month they do the payment on a creditcard.
We do have an order number on the page: https://account.adobe.com/orders
but in our "My Memberships" there is no licence number and in our billing summary there is no payment..
But in the "Admin Console" you sure can find the monthly payments..
We lost the overview to cancel the yearly subscription, can someone please contact, many many thanks!
