Cannot install any adobe products

Hi I tried installing adobe premier but when it asks me to sign in it goes to the enterprise sign in window which just blinks and closes. Anyone else have this issue. I am using a mac.

May I know if your account is logging in when the sign in screen closes? 

Kindly try to download and install the creative cloud desktop app, sign in using your federated ID and then access Premiere Pro and check if the issue still persist.
