I had Adobe Web Premium CS5 installed on my old windows 7 system which died. I still have the old drive with the program files. I had to get a new system which now runs windows 10. I had to do a fresh install. Now I cannot update my program files for Web Premium CS5. I have a valid license that I paid good money for and registered in December 2012. I used ALL the proper product numbers when performing a fresh install.  I want to be able to get back to the latest versions on my new system. The people at Adobe are absolutely useless. Any help, suggestions on how to get my programs up to date would be greatly appreciated..

Thank you.

Are you trying to apply patch updates to CS5?

What is the problem you are running into when doing this?

CS5 pre-dates Windows 10 so will not have been tested with it, and so this will not be a supported environment.

After going on-line, I was able to install Adobe Application manager and

update Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and a few others. I tried updating

Fireworks, Illuistrator etc but got a message saying there was an error

downloading. My problem has nothing to do with Windows 10 nor with the

application manager. It has everything to do with the adobe download files

(corrupted - useless). Some people have reported having to reset the system

clock to 2011. I am not interested in going to that extreme. If Adobe is

unwilling to clean their download files they should say so instaed of

promoting nonsense.

Tried that. It does not work for all parts of CS5 Web Premium. Please close

this thread. Thank you.
