CC License for Subsidiary / Daughter Company

I work for a big company and HQ has Adobe CC Enterprise. I work for a 100% owned foreign subsidiary and use the same email domain. Am I legally allowed to install and activate CC Enterprise?

The named user license can be activated on two devices at a time so it can be installed on work and home machines.

The question was rather if a company's subsidiary is allowed to install the Enterprise software?

So for example ABC Corp in the USA has a subsidiary in France called ABC France. ABC Corp has a license for CC Enterprise. Is an employee from ABC France allowed to install and use the same license of CC Enterprise?
