Cineware SceneLayer connection failure

After effects always shows me this dialog whenever I load a C4d file, "AEGP Plugin CINEWARE SceneLayer: CINERENDER-connection failure (5027::12)".

I am using After effects CC 2014, 13.2.0 Release on windows 7 ult, 64 bit OS
