I have tried a few times to create a package container with no success. All the files seem to have downloaded when I look in C:\Users\MichaelK\AppData\Local\Adobe. There is 14.5Gig of data here.

I keep getting the following.

how do I successfully create a package container.

Have you tried emptying the cache for CCP and trying again? Damaged files in the cache can cause errors when building your package.

Go to the drop-down 'Welcome' menu>Preferences and choose 'click here to purge cache folder'.
