Hi,
I have CC2015 Enterprise. The version of Photoshop installed it 16.0.0, 2015.0.0 release, 20150529.r.88 x64
It seems like a version from May 29th,
I know there are updates from Nov. 30th, there is supposed to be Photoshop 16.1 but when I go to Creative Cloud they do not show up. Why?
I have to say that in general they way the CC cloud works is very poor. I'f you chose to install an up it's several minute of "Waiting....." and no, it's not my Internet. At work I have 600MB/sec (University)
Why is CC soon bad?
Thanks
Michele
Yes, if updates is greyed out then this means updates have been suppressed. This is not done on the dashboard it is done in the Creative Cloud Packager tool when building the application package. The admin can package up the updates and deploy them to you. If they are inexperienced with the packager then direct them to our documentation.

If you want to fix this yourself then have a look at this article:

I would suggest to try signing out and signing back in to Creative Cloud.
Also from Photoshop try Help>Updates.
It is also possible for IT administrators to block updates when deploying software, they do this because they prefer to handle the update process themselves or if the end users do not have admin rights. You should check with your IT admins.

Tried, it did not do anything.
Also from Photoshop try Help>Updates.
The menu is grayed out

They said they do not do that, but the usual one is gone and there is a replacement who is not that skilled I'm afraid.
Do you know exactly where in the Admin Dashboard that would be set?
Thanks
Michele

It gives the location of the file that suppresses the updates, simply delete or rename that file.
