Creative cloud - all information disappeared

Good morning,

In the last 30 minutes we started receiveing creative cloud alerts warning us that projects were being eliminated from it. We confirmed and in fact all of our projects have disappeared from our cloud. Would it be possible to assist us on this matter? Is there any way that we can recover our projects? Many thanks.
