Hi

I am planning to deploy CS apps to my organization. I have made a creative cloud installation with cloud packager. The idea is that they log on with the cloud app and download and install the apps. When I start the creative Cloud app and log on it starts installing an update. When that is finsihed i go in and click on the app tab and get this error.  Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (404).

I see that I have two active apps on Adobe teams site and it works if I install the apps manually. I ahve ckecked dlm.log and it only reports that the cloud app update was successfull.

I have tried on different computers and with both standard users and admin users, same error.

Anyone have any solution?

Best regards

Thomas

I found the reason. I have an internal update server and have attached the AdobeUpdater.overrides file to the package, but this is for some reason not working. It works on the other packages, but not with app install with the cloud app.

I better go back to make packages for each cloud app.
