I have been trying to create packages with CCP for the past 3 days and it has consistently failed at downloading Adobe Application Manager. Did all the necessary, e.g. purge cache, etc but to no avail.
Any help???

Do you see any error code or message when the installation fails? You may want to check the log file for the error code and share that with us so that we can help troubleshoot the issue for you. See: Having issues installing Adobe packages? Troubleshoot them with log files.

Is this for a Team or Enterprise account? If it is please post that as there is a forum for Enterprise & Teams and that is where your post should be.

Thanks JustShootMe, didn't realize i was posting in the wrong section.
However I noticed my post is now under Enterprise & Teams.
Anyone from Adobe is able to shed light on my issue?
