Hi,

We purchased creative cloud for teams and for now we are using only the storage and extract, no installation made or anything else.

In every access to one of the team members account we are experiencing intolerable slowness, every page load is could be like 20-30 seconds...

In the same PC when I'm login in with account that is not belong to the last purchased all good and smooth..

Can we get some help on this issue. please.

Thanks.

Hi,

It sounds like we will have to troubleshoot the account that is having difficulties. Can you please Contact Customer Care and quote the Adobe ID and they should be able to check that. Thanks.

Hi,

I understand that you are Creative Cloud storage via a web browser?

Can you confirm?

If so, please try a different browser and/or delete the cookies and cache for the browser.

Yes, via web browser.

We tried other browsers / Machines , deleting cache and cookies, incognito mode and more...

And as I mentioned already, in the same browser and machine, other account that is not belong to this team license working just fine.
