Hello

Is there a central place that indicates which machines the licences are installed on?

In our case, we have a good deal of freelance staff. The come and go and sit a different machines. I wish to know if there is an easy way of tracking installed software.

Thanks

Paul

Hi again,

If you are using named licenses then it is quite easy to determine on which machine users logged in , as Creative Cloud desktop application will be installed on that machine.

Hi Paul,

No there is no central place from where you can track the details over an individual machine.

By the way are you using Serial number licensing or Named user licensing.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. We use Named user licensing.

Thats a shame. If I could click on a user in the 'Named user licence' list, then see their install history it would help a lot. The idea of logging out of CC when their freelance term is up would never occur to them.

Thanks
