Downloads not working since the new admin console arrived?

Every download fails for Premier Pro, inside or outside the proxy.

I see it's coming from the Amazon cloud, anyone else having issues downloading large packages?

Sometimes we get 500MB and get excited, then fail!

I notice the chat support option is also intermittent.

Please check that required endpoints are open Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

You can also build packages using the Creative Cloud Packager, available from the Admin Console or the Licensing Website.

It isn't helpful, it's stupid.

The original comment clearly states that the download starts but doesn't finish.

This is a package from a template inside the packages section of the online console.
