Hey
I am a DET IT Administrator for EQ. I have a site licence for Adobe CC and currently the department allows us to deploy Adobe through SCCM. This however has some major draw backs. The size of the entire package means its failure rate is over 80%. I recently requested DET to cut the install package up into its individual programs so i can install exactly what i need rather then the entire package. They denied my request stating that this request fell under the purview of Adobe.
They were unable to provide me with a contact who could help me also. For this reason I have come straight to the source. I don't expect this forum to be able to help me but my hope is that an admin on here might be able to direct me to someone who can.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post.
Jack
Hi Jack,
You can raise a request/ticket form the Admin console and seek help.
As far as the Complete package or Single app package is concerned, we expect both of them to work fine, the only issue you might face with complete package installation is either conflicting processes or including apps that are not compatible, like Adobe XD and Dimension will not install on Windows 7.
