Enterprise log-in problem

Hi

 

I can't log-in with my Federated ID on a Enterprice Adobe account. I have recieved an e-mail on my work mail with the invitation for a all apps plan, but when I try to sign-in, it direct me to a page from "Okta" with the message "Error 400, Nongeneral_succes".

I don't know what to do. I have tried several different computers, and browsers - but it is all the same.

I have tried to log-in in the desktop app, but also in the web-broweser.

 

This is not my work email, but I couldn't ask a question without a log-in, so made one from my private email.

 

Has anyone tried this and know what to do?

Do you have an id attached to your work e-mail?

This looks like an internet problem: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/400

My id is the same as my work email. My ID administrator on work told me to use my work email and password as my apple ID. He hasen't seen this error before.

When I type my email, is direct me to this site:

And I have tried on diferent computers, browsers and internets.

Yes! But he did send you an invitation.

and password as my apple ID

Works, but is bad advice. My Adobe id password is different from my corporate network login password and is different from my apple id password.

Your administrator should contact Adobe directly on this behalf.
