Is it normal that I received 2 mails about my account having a trial active then that my trial is expiring soon.
My account is enterprise one and is renewed yearly in a global plan.

Thank you but when I try to login on adobe site, I click on the enterprise id login, enter my account name which is my mail and get reverted automatically to adobe ID login.
What should I do then?

ANd BTW, I do not have a photography plan but a full plan so this is kind of strange.
For now all my apps do work fine so may I assume all will be fine ?

As long as you are logged in with an account with appropriate entitlement you won't have any problems.
