Welcome to the Adobe Enterprise & Teams Community

Before you post:

Before you ask a question or start a discussion, search the community to see if someone has already answered your question or if there is a similar post. Check the Enterprise and Teams Admin guide for helpful tips and solutions.

Do's

  • Stay Precise: Start your community post title with essential keywords and limit it to 50 characters or less to make it easy to read in search results.
  • Provide Context: Include as much information as possible in your post, such as the app version, the operating system you're using, the steps you followed, and the problem you're trying to solve.
  • Be Helpful and Respectful: Be thoughtful and encouraging of each other, even if your opinions differ. Don't assume that someone knows as much as you do. Avoid using profanity and hateful, derogatory, or demeaning language.
  • Accept Resolutions: If you get a response that answers your question, mark it as the Correct Answer.
  • Be Thankful: If someone provides a helpful answer, offer them kudos!
  • Be Patient: This community has members from different time zones, so users may take a while to respond.
  • Have Fun: Enjoy learning and sharing with your peers.

Donts

  • Do not post content that demeans, defames, or promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
  • Do not include Personal information. (Be careful, this can sneak into code or log snippets.)
  • Do not use these boards for solicitation or any other commercial purpose.
  • Do not post multiple copies of the same message.

Key Considerations

  • Be respectful and collaborative.
  • Remember that most answers come from other community members, not from Adobe. Please treat them with respect.
  • Stay on-topic and bring forward new, helpful information when you reply.
  • Refrain from name-calling, insulting, baiting other members, or making negative comments.
  • Avoid using uppercase letters, bold fonts, or emphasized words, as they can convey a negative tone.
  • Welcome everyone and reply with useful and positive comments.
  • Show kindness and avoid belittling other members.
  • Keep your communication friendly and avoid picking fights.
  • Help other members help you by posting in the appropriate community, asking straightforward questions, and thanking helpful members.
  • Report inappropriate content.

If you believe a post violates these guidelines, report it using the 'Report' button.
