Error 127

Hello! I am trying to install Photoshop and I get error 127. 

Illustrator and Indesign work perfectly.

I tried changing the extracting direction to a new location in C drive, but I have the same problem. That disc has 400GB free.

I uninstalled twice adobe CC but the same thing happens. Help!

Hello Victoria,

Kindly confirm if you are trying to install it from the creative cloud desktop app or a package. Try with different admin rights and check if you are able to install the app.

Hi! Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am using Creative cloud desktop app, AI and INDD installed without problems. 

I used different admin rights too, but the same thing happens.
