I tried to download Adobe XD and this pops up

Knoriega, please contact your education institutions Creative Cloud Admin to verify you are using the correct login information.  They can use the process listed https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-for-enterprise.html if they need assistance with configuring the network.

The best option would be to contact your Creative Cloud Admin as mentioned Jeff_A_Wright.
