I am trying to download my CC apps and I am getting a download error for SOME of my apps with the reference -113. There is nothing in my server settings or firewall that would be blocking the required sites or ports according to my network administrator. How can I fix this?

There can also be settings locally that can cause issues with connectivity, such as hosts file settings.

Error 113 indicates that you are unable to reach the Adobe servers.
Please refer your network admin to this document to check that all endpoints are accessible. Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

I already did that and they have indicated that all of this is already done and it is still not working.
