Font Folio Edu Ess install file

I've logged into my account on the LICENSING WEBSITE (LWS) and under RETRIED SERIAL NUMBERS, I can see my serial number for Font Folio Edu Ess but I cannot find where I can download the software.  I see my serial number, edu user ID, etc.  Where do I need to look to find the download file for my user?

I've been there and I see the LICENSE information but I do NOT see a place for me to download the software.  Just my serial number, etc.  I need a download link.

From the licenses menu do you have a Download option?

yes, and these are the items I see but under my LICENSING tab, I see this:

Where do I need to go to get the download for the product listed on this second screen shot?  Could someone just send me a download link that I could plug my serial number into?

I checked your account and you do not have Font Folio under that End User ID available for download.

I believe it should be there, please contact our support team and they should be able to assist.
