We have a computer that is perfectly configured exactly how we need it for business use.  Is there a way for us to copy all of the settings: buttons, menu modifications, etc. from that computer and push it out to all the other machines to start off with a perfect mirror of the expected business use?  Have yet to find something that includes copying everything for deployment.

Yes (probably). That's one of the primary uses of the Wizard. You can clone the registry using its Registry features. It copies files and folders as well among other things.

See: Registry — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows

Yuu'll need to use the Wizard version that matches your product. I'm sending the DC link.
