Hi,
we purchased CreativeCloud for Enterprise via VIP contract. I also got access to the admin console but I am not able to create EnterpriseIDs.
What went wrong? Did our reseller assign the wrong product to us? When I go to "view my account" I only see CreativeCloud for Teams which is definitly wrong. The reseller tells me, that he did everything he could. I can not believe this. There must be something missing from the part of the reseller.
Can anyone help?

I have reviewed your account and found that you have Enterprise VIP linked to your email address.
You need to set up Enterprise ID's.

After my reseller added the first order to the account, I was then able to see the enterprise features. Unfortunately, you can not find this information anywhere and the resellers do not know this either. Seems that Adobe could improve the information policy on this matter...
