Hi

I bought Adobe Illustrator some weeks ago. Today I'm still not able to us it because I can not find it.

I installed Creative Cloud Packager. I created a package. It's on my desktop, a map called Illustrator. I see some install files and illustrator.ccp file.

When I double click on this file of course nothing happens, he doesn't know the extension.

I'm lost what to do? Can somebody tell me how to start easily with Adobe Illustrator?

When I try to install Creative Cloud I got an error message: Installer was unable to access critical file/directory. Please try to install again (error code 48)
