I have a Creative Cloud for Team membership, how can I get support?

Why is support non-existent for Adobe? Online they ignore you, we called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Do most people just find other products to use?

Sorry about that. Usually you shoudl be able to get through to us via Phone or Chat. Most pages have a Chat icon that you can use. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

Sometimes issues that you face may be due to scheduled (or even unscheduled) maintenance. You can check https://status.adobe.com/# to see if the symptoms you're facing can be explained by the status of the services. 

 

Anyway, how can we help? If you share some details of why you were trying to contact us, we may be be able to help here. However, if your issue is directly related to Account or Payment, then I'd suggest that you contact our support team via Chat.
