I have been asked to buy my subscription again, despite already paying for it 3 days ago... Because this account is connected to my university, I am not able to contact support and get a message telling me to contact the designated Adobe support officer.
This seems like a lazy way for Adobe to palm off their customer support issues to save on customer support.
