I recently purchased the student plan for adobe creative cloud

I purchased the student plan, but now it doesn't seem to be showing up on my account any more. I can't acces any apps and I don't have the plan listed anywhere on my account. I'm sure I paid for it, I can see the transaction in my bank history. Has anyone else had this problem?

nevermind, I found the issue. The transaction was pending in my account. I'm calling customer support currently tog et it resovled. Thank you
