Hi,

I'm in the midst of implement the above and have successfully claim the parent domain (contoso.com) and following the steps in Enterprise Help | Configure Microsoft AD FS for use with Adobe SSO .

However, I realized that the other AD users in the child domain (student.contoso.com) have an email address of xxx@student.contoso.com and their "Last Name" is empty in the Active Directory.

How do I go about configuring SSO for the student.contoso.com domain given the above scenario?

Thanks.

Hi,

If you are asking about claiming the domain, the process is outlined here:

Request access to a claimed domain

You may find it useful to contact our support team who can walk you through the setup of SSO or conduct an overview.

Creative Cloud for Enterprise - from the Admin Console go to the support tab to open a case. Phone and chat options are also available here.
