installatie acrobat en photoshop midslukken

Mijn werkgever heeft een overeenkomst met Adobe waarbij we als personeel een aantal produkten gratis mogen gebruiken.

Zo heb ik een url gekregen voor acrobat_XI_Pro_EN_64.zip en photoshop_CC_EN_64.zip

Ik heb de programma's gedownload en voor de optie "opslaan" gekozen

Er zit geen exe-bestand in.

Druk ik in de bestandsmap "Build" op setup en dan op "uivoeren" krijg ik de melding "failed"

Klik ik in dezelfde map op "windows installer pakket" verloopt de inizialisatie goed maar de configuratie wordt afgebroken en er gebeurt niets.

In instellingen op de pc is nochtans aangevinkt dat alle apps mogen geïnstalleerd worden.

Ik heb ook de router al eens uitgeschakeld + de firewall maar niets helpt.

Hebben jullie enig idee hoe dit kan opgelost worden aub

Acrobat XI is no longer part of CC and Adobe doesn't support it any longer.   That being said it sounds like you have a CC Packaged install with CCP.   There should be a Setup.exe for named package whatever the person who packaged it named it.   If it's not there then the download may not be a valid/good download.  You might want to contact the person or group who packaged the dual package.
