Installation of Adoce CC package failing

I have made as number of attempts to install packages that I have created for Adobe CC for teams. The package contains a number of Adobe CC products.

I have tried using both the CCPLauncher and also building the package under the Admin Console Portal. With both methods the packages builds successfully.

However both methods fail to install the package.

I have searched through the various support forums and resources but I am unable to find what is causing the failure.

I have built and deployed a new package onto a freshly build computer with no previous Adobe product installed.

All attempts have be on a Windows 7 enterprise.

Below are some of the errors shown in the PDApp.log file:

You have '8 | The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process.'

Error 190 indicates that you are trying to install a Windows 10 only application onto Windows 7.

Note that Adobe Dimension and Adobe XD are Windows 10 only.
